AENOR - Certificate of Conformity
Our ALPS ESE devices have been independently assessed and tested through the international certification organisation AENOR, all of our ALPS ESE devices have gained a certificate of conformity to the standard NF C 17-102:2011 with certificate number: A28/000049

Product Testing
ALPS ESE devices have been developed and tested in collaboration with eight different facilities (including Universities, Testing Laboratories & Standardization bodies) including Warwick University, Sheffield University, Aston University, Manchester University, Cobham Technical Services (Element), ICMET Craiova, ITE Instituto Tecnológicode la Energía & AENOR. All testing laboratories were ILAC-MRA accredited through UKAS, RENAR, or ENAC to ISO 17025. This makes the ALPS ESE device one of the most heavily researched and tested devices on the market.

Testing in sequence to NF C 17-102: 2011:

  • Documentary information & Identification

  • Marking tests

  • Inspection of dimensional characteristics

  • Salt mist treatment

  • Humid sulphurous atmosphere treatment

  • Current withstand: 100 kA (10/350 µs)

  • Measuring of early streamer emission (advance time)

 

Additional Testing & Reports:

  • Wind resistance testing

  • Radius of protection (Rp) calculation
